This is a recipe for soft and fluffy bakery style muffins that are made with no added sugar.

To make this recipe we will first make the batter.

Then we will bake the muffins in a preheated oven.
Lastly, after the muffins have cooled, we can enjoy them!

Ingredients needed to make Easy Sugar Free Blueberry Muffins.

  • Flour. You can sub in any kind of all purpose flour (such as low carb all purpose flour) as long as it measures like regular all purpose flour.
  • Baking Powder. Added for leavening the muffins.
  • Salt. A small amount is all that is needed for balance.
  • Sugar Alternative. Use a granular sugar alternative that measures like sugar and that can also be baked with. You can also add additional sugar alternative to the tops of the muffins.
  • Milk. While whole milk can make these muffins really moist, certainly an alternative, such as almond milk, can be used.
  • Oil. Use a neutral oil such as vegetable oil.
